- Als Leistungsnachweis findet eine mündliche Prüfung statt.
- Inhalt
- Investigations in medicine and in natural sciences are based on the application of scientific methods. Whether your activity is oriented in clinical or basic research, your work will require the application of systematic methods for gathering, describing and interpreting the results of your investigation. Statistics plays a very important role in all areas of science in that it helps to distill the information into sensible and justified conclusions.
The goal of this seminar is not only to teach the methods of statistics but also to convey the basic principles of objectivity and logic that are essential for science and valuable in everyday life.
The attendance of this course does not require knowledge of math.
