- Der Kurs zur Sprachgeschichte gehört in folgenden Studiengängen jeweils zu folgendenModulen:
Lehramt Englisch an Gymnasien (neu): Zwischenmodul L-GYM Linguistics. (Zulassungsvoraussetzung: Basismodul Linguistics)
Lehramt Englisch and Gymnasien (alt): zum Erwerb des sprachhistorischen Scheins nach LPO §68
- Inhalt
- This course will givean overview of the development of the English language from its roots asa Germanic dialect to its present state, looking at different aspectssuch as phonology, morphology, syntax and lexis. Students will berequired to give presentations about the cultural and historicalbackground to the linguistic development of English. The course will conclude with a written test.
