- Der Textanalysekurs "Amerikanische Literatur" gehört in folgenden Studiengängen jeweils zu folgenden Modulen:
Lehramt Englisch an Gymnasien (neu): Zwischenmodul L-GYM Literature. (Zulassungsvoraussetzung: Basismodul Literature).
- Inhalt
- In this course, we will make use of key theories, critical terminology, and analytical categories that were introduced in Grundkurs and Aufbaukurs Literature to interpret and analyze a broad variety of literary texts from the fields of poetry, drama, and narrative literature. The course concludes with an oral exam at the end of the term.
Among other texts we will read Ginsberg''s "Howl", Glaspell''s Trifles, and Hemingway''s "Hills like White Elephants".
These and other texts will be made available on StudOn.
