- Inhalt
- To speak and to write about contemporary theatre/ performance/ dance makes it always necessary to verbalize the different systems we see on stage, or wherever the performance is taking place. The basic questions in performance analysis are what do we see, hear and feel and how can we talk about it?
As performances are ephemeral events, they are always gone in the moment we analyze them. What tools do we have to remind the performance, what methods to analyze different aspects? It is necessary to be aware of the position we are speaking from, as it`s always our individual point of view from which we attend the performance. How can we reflect our own practices critically?
