Outline
Many of the poorest countries in the world are located in Sub-Saharan Africa. Therefore, the seminar deals with issues of economic development which are particularly relevant for those countries. Examples include conflict, land tenure, agriculture, population growth, health and aid.
Basic Information:
Papers should not be longer than 15 pages (the limit for team work is 25 pages) Assignment of topics: 27.01.2013, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., room 00.14 PSG Deadline for submissions: 24.04.2014 Presentations (30 minutes):

16.05.2014, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., Kochstrasse 4, H 5.054 Each student has to prepare a discussion on one of the other contributions (5 minutes)
