- Inhalt
- The first section of the course "Advanced Service Management" contains an overview of service strategy, innovation and life cycle management. The second section focuses on service businesses, such as finance, commerce, logistic, tourism, education, entertainment, healthcare and industrial services. During this course digital products and value added services are discussed as well as service engineering and service technologies (e.g., self service systems, multimedia, and security Systems).
