- Voraussetzungen / Organisatorisches
- This course type constitutes the first half of Module 2 of Unicert III. Students taking the course will generally have already completed Module 1 (Language Skills A and B) or have scored above 75% in the placement test and been recommended to attend a Focusing course. The Schein obtained in this course counts towards Module 2 of Unicert III. The course that usually forms the other half of this module is Focusing English Skills B.
Focusing English Skills A is an integrated language course that concentrates on practising academic writing, in particular reading comprehension, editing, commenting and describing, and on developing listening comprehension and oral skills. The written work focuses on preparation for the written part of the Unicert III exam.
