Medizinische Sensorik und Aktorik

• physikalische und biophysikalische Wandlungsprinzipien, Wechsel-wirkung von Zelle und Material

• Mikrosensoren (Gassensoren, Temperatursensoren, ISFET, Enzym FETs, IDES, Cell Potential FETs)

• bioelektronische Sensoren und daraus abgeleitete Systeme

• Mikroaktoren und deren medizinische Anwendung

• implantierbare Sensorik und Aktorik, biokompatible Materialien
  

Lernziele und Kompetenzen:

Die Studierenden

• erlangen fundierte Kenntnisse über Herstellungsverfahren und Ei-genschaften medizinischer Mikrosysteme

• erlangen fundierte Kenntnisse über medizinisch relevante Wand-lungsprinzipien und Materialien

• ordnen die behandelten Wandlungsprinzipien gemäß ihrer Eignung für spezifische Messprobleme ein

• analysieren Messschaltungen

• gewinnen Überblick über wichtige medizinische Sensoren und Akto-ren, deren Entwurf und Einsatzgebiete
  

Organisatorisches:

Kenntnisse in Physik, Besuch der Lehrveranstaltung "Technologie Integrierter Schaltungen" wird empfohlen, Besuch der Lehrveranstaltung "Sensorik" ist Pflicht
