Das Gen des Saccharosetransporters AtSUC2 zeigt ein entwicklungsabhängige
Expressionsmuster, das perfekt mit dem Sink/Source-Übergang von Blättern
korreliert. Die für diese Regulation zuständigen Sequenzen des
AtSUC2-Promotors konnten in transgenen Deletionsanalysen mit einem
Minimalpromotor auf zwei kleine Bereiche eingeengt werden, die Bindestellen
für bekannte Transkriptionsfaktoren tragen. Die Rolle dieses
Transkriptionsfaktors für die Blattentwicklung soll analysiert werden.Publikationen:
