Contents
There is no such thing as an "average learner". Even a seemingly homogeneous class is characterized by individual features of the learners and their differences in proficiency level, motivation, learning style, social background, first language and many others. Good teaching should try to perceive and consciously take into account these different learning conditions. In this seminar we will discuss, among other things,
  • which prerequisites of the learners we need to be aware of

  • which methods are available to identify the status quo in order to enable a concrete, systematic and targeted adaptation of the learning content to the needs of the learners

  • which learning arrangements can be used to enable individual progress for as many learners as possible.

#Differentiation, #Individualisation. #Learner Autonomy #Motivation #Learning Strategies
