- Contents
- As part of this web-based seminar, students from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg will be cooperating in transnational teams with students from the University of Riga/Latvia and working on and discussing various issues. The cooperation will take place on the platform MS Teams and will be supervised and accompanied by lecturers in both Germany and Latvia.
In terms of content, the course provides an overview of primary education in a European comparison, with particular focus on Latvia and Germany. Further to the educational systems, the basics of teaching and learning at primary schools will be looked into.
In this seminar, the focus is on the development of content in a group of 4-6 students. Here, agreements and cooperation are very important. Please not: it is in your own interest when choosing this seminar that there are no clashes with other courses or practica (Fachdidaktisches Blockpraktikum).
Students taking this course will be given the opportunity to go on an excursion to Riga for the “International Students’ Researcher Week” during the summer semester (if circumstances allow), where they will be able to meet the students from Riga in person.
