- Inhalt
- In this course, we will discuss selected works of American and British science fiction literature and film. We will analyze texts by H.G.Wells, Isaac Asimov, Douglas Adams and other authors, as well as major films and series such as the Star Wars and Star Trek sagas.
Please get the following texts (recommended editions in brackets): H.G. Wells – The Time Machine (Penguin Classics)
Isaac Asimov – I, Robot (Spectra)
Douglas Adams – The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Harmony; 25thAnniversary Edition) Further reading will be anounced and/or provided at the beginning of the semester.
